2020 YZ250FX - what years shocks are compatible with it?

I ve got a 2020 YZ250FX and want an extra shock. Will the 2014 YZ250F shocks fit? Anyone know?

I know the same model year F shocks are different than the first gen of the FX/WR and that the first gen FX shock does not fit a second gen FX. And I know the current F - FX/WR shock bodies are not the same as the 250F shock you're looking at from a quick glance at the catalog https://technicaltouchusa.com/

I would imagine that a good suspension shop (or the KYB importer linked above) can tell you if the shocks are the same length and stroke. If they share length and stroke measurements, it would then be a question if the shock would even fit due to reservoir placement.

Exactly... I can get used 2014-2019 F and WR shocks... but did they change anything with regard to frame/ reservoir placement. Thus why I ask.
