Not sure about radiators, but everything else should switch over.

They share the same frame(same part numbers)
More then likely most parts switch over other then motor mounts and possibly the wiring harness.

Though I’m faster on the 450, my body can’t handle the pounding of crashing on it. On the 250, I don’t fall near as hard. In the 8 months since I switched back to the big bike I have broken 6 bones vs 0 broken bones in the previous 12 months on the small bike.

Damn! I have also felt that I might be more in control if I raced a 250f but I'm afraid I will miss the power of the 450. Still have a few months to decide (season starts in april in Sweden).
