2019 yz250f throttle cable problem

Did you figure out how to fix the loose play in the throttle. I'm having the same exact problem. I'd appreciate any info on how to correct it.

Look at the throttle body, follow the cable down from the throttle. You might need to remove your take to get to it. There may be a plastic cover with an Allen bolt you need to take off.

I took the plastic cover off the throttle body and checked it out. Nothing too obvious, one cable ( longer one, on right side) had a little slack in it. Not sure what's going on here.

The cables stretch and have to be adjusted every once in a while. Take the throttle body apart and make sure the the cables aren't slipping of their track on the throttle tube.

I've checked that, they're still on the track. I have the cable adjusted out as far as it can go. I'd just be surprised if the cable was too streched after only 29 hours.

Is there a way to tighten the cable down at or inside the throttle body?

Yes.....there should be a way to adjust on the throttle body.

Have the exact same problem on ours since new and a buddy with the same. Seems to be a common problem

I assure you that it can be fully adjusted under the plastic cover at the throttle body and on the throttle tube.

2019 YZ250F is NOT adjustable in the throttle body, You will not find anything in the manual to tell you how to do this at the throttle body. You will not find anything on YouTube or elsewhere on the web for a 2019 on how to adjust the cables at the throttle body. Take a look at this picture and you can see that there is no lock nut that would allow you to adjust the cable up or down in the housing:

Yeah I have tried to even shim the cable at that spot with not much luck. I have had luck with switching the throttle cam with an aftermarket one.
