i have a 2019 ktm 150sx that has about 7 hours on it now, the 2 last rides the shock rebound has gotten a lot faster. I did put a spring on it that is one rate stiffer but I have the rebound adjuster in the whole way now and its still almost too fast. I know the shock will break in but ive never had this happen on a new bike. the compression still feels fine. Is something wrong or do I need a revalve?

After 7 hours it should be broke in, but not worn out. I have known WP shocks in the past do this. In my experience the piston rod nut comes loose, making the valving shims not clamp to the piston, which causes more oil flow.

I would take it back to the dealer if you think there is a genuine problem

Captain obvious.... Since you installed the new spring, is the sag set? Too much preload?

sag is at 102mm, there is about 25mm of free sag. it worked fine until the last ride then I noticed it getting faster as the day went on. I kept slowing it down and now it is all the in. My suspension guy is going to look at it next week.

You also are way of on sag. 105 and minimum 35mm static, preferably 38-42mm.

With those numbers it is not strange rebound is fast. I would have to close mine also if I ran 25mm static.

The rougher the track gets the more you will notice. If track is smooth rear wheel will be on the ground all the time anyway and you will not feel a fast rebound.

Why would it go from working good to way too fast in one ride then? The shock spring has been on there since it was new. I preferred 102 over 105.

Could be shock issue of course. 102 is not a problem, 25mm is.

With 25mm static bike can behave strange, depending on shock and linkage freeing up and breaking in.

Your rebound with those measurements is most likely 15-20 clicks faster then it should be from stock settings.
