I have a 2019 fc 450 it has 4.8 hours and since I have had it I can’t get it to stop backfiring, it idles rough , pops super loud on deceleration, I’ve drained the tank twice looked all over for exhaust leaks and it’s not getting better
It sounds like it's lean. It could be that the TPS is set too lean right out of the box.
Most are set at 4.8-5.0 v from factory. In most cases they need to be set at 5.5- 6.2 v at closed throttle to run correct.
Has the bike set for weeks without being run? If so, your fuel injector may be dirty and need cleaning.
Also make sure the exhaust gasket at the head is good.
