2019 RMZ 250 mapping couplers

Could someone put in plain english the benefits of the white, gray, and black plugs for the rmz250? I know white is the leanest. Is black the richest and gray stock?

I guess I am looking more for what each coupler does in terms of the ecu, ignition, and fuel delivery.

White is -4% leaner, white with black tape is stock, gray is +4% richer. No ignition timing changes. Personally, I think the gray gives a bit more overrev, and the white one is better down low.
