Bike has about 10 hours on it, go to track fires rt up and put in a 15 min Moto.
Park and sit about 40 min, hit the button and dead battery.
Jump bike, fires rt up and go out for another Moto.
Make it about 1/2 a lap and the bike bogs on faces and landings.
Advise from anyone who has delt with this would be much appreciated.

Replace the bad battery with a new LI. Check your electrical connections.

Checked connections and purchased new battery.
Just couldn’t wrap my head around how the battery lost charge and why the bike would bog with I’m hoping is just a bad battery.

I had the ground cable fastener come loose and do exactly as you described. My battery was all of shot and would not hold a charge with 24 hrs on the bike.

When a battery goes bad it can drain quickly and in as much as the bike needs the battery to operate it can and will effect the operation of the bikes engine and cause bog and stalls when it goes bad. I sure hope you put a good LI battery in your bike as the others will not last.

If it died again quickly after anew battery you likely have a short to ground somewhere or a bad/dirty/corroded connection that is causing an excessive drain on the battery. Do like PawPaw said and check all wiring and connections. Make sure no wires are rubbed bare on the frame. Open all connections, blast with contact cleaner, blow with compressed air and then reconnect with dielectric grease.

Sounds like you have a short in your wiring or your are not getting a charge to the battery and thus is only running on the power from the battery until it runs down.
Have you checked your battery voltage when the bike is running to be sure your charging system is working?
It should be about 13.5 volts or more.
