Hey guys, so I have a 2019 KX 450, with 38 hours on it. Just recently it started having this issue. When the bike is cold, the electric start fires it right up and you can ride as long as you want, bike runs great. However, if you tip it over and it stalls or if you come to a stop and turn it off after getting it really hot, when you go to start it back up it will start, and then after about 10 seconds the bike will bog out and completely stall. Then the electric start button does nothing when you press it, the bike is completely dead. You have to wait about 2 minutes, and then the electric start works again, bike starts up, and rides good again. Until you tip over or shut it off. i already tried checking all the connections, cleaned them out, and put dielectric grease. Going to check the kill switch next? Anybody else ever have this problem or have any ideas how to fix? Thanks

Sounds like a fuel pump or injector issue to me

Only problem I've had with my 19kx450 is cold starts and takes 2 minutes to warm up.

If you overheat the battery there is a sensor that will not allow it to start.

Not to be a jerk but he was not asking about what problems you have. his problem could take for ever to figure out or it maybe just a simple thing, but if the problem don't get fixed he won't be able to ride and that sucks.
