Hey All...looking for some help here. I have a 2019 Husky FC350 with about 60 hours on it. About half way through the moto, the clutch starts to fade considerably, but only sometimes. It will still pull, but the lever gets super sloppy and loose. Any ideas where to start? Thanks!

On one of my clutch levers, the adjustable knob started rotating when the bike is running/riding from vibration. I thought my clutch was fading but it was really just self adjusting closer to the bar.

Bleed with new fluid.

If thats not the case, change your fibers and steel clutch plates.

Nope. If it needs a rebuild it just gets to the point where you can't get it to disengage. Lever feel goes completely limp.

Possibly have the MC overfilled and riding with a finger on the clutch is causing it to slip just a hair so it goes away slowly.

Or has been pointed out, time to replace.

Brand new hinson fibers and steels put in about 8 hours ago, I ordered a rekluse slave cylinder yesterday and should be here tomorrow. Based on research I did, this should fix my issue.

The problem was fixed in 19 I think but that is what I did on my 17 that went out at 20 hours. No problems up to 60 and then I put in a full rekluse system.

Still an ongoing issue. We’ve had two 2020s come into our shop with blown slaves in a month.
