Curious to know who has had their suspension done and how pleased you are with the results. I'm 165 lbs vet intermediate rider so the bike isn't really set up for me off the showroom floor. Thanks

I am wondering the same as well. I just took my forks off and I am sending them off to mx-tech today for revalve and maybe the huck valve. I have yet to really identify any negatives to the shock so they advised to start with the forks. I’ll let you know how they turn out in a couple weeks.

I had Graeme Brough do my regular 18 450r and it’s tits. I didn’t have any major issues but now it’s probably the most comfortable bike I’ve owned. I’m 190 vet intermediate.

I ended up sending my forks and shock off to Factory Connection. They seemed to be the most confident in what needed to be done based on their test results. Essentially they are re-valving the forks and shock. Additionally they recommended a lower link for the shock too. All seems to make sense to me based on my personal feedback to them. I'll let you guys know once I've had a chance to test the new setup out.

They told me same thing about the shock link. When I called Enzo they had a different opinion. I was told the stock link tested better.

I had Enzo do mine and I'm very happy with it. Craig Decker has/had an '18 CRF450 as his personal bike and has a very good setting.

That's who I talked to as well.

What did they do, specially?

I only had the revalve done on mine.

I can't tell you what shim stacks were put in place, but the stock setup was a bit too soft for me in general (190 lb vet intermediate). It was most noticeable in rough sections, braking bumps, etc. Also had some bottoming on some jumps. When I would go stiffer, it would lose comfort. Much more predictable and controlled now.
