Trying to see if anyone know what the blue needle is intended for. Picked up the bike used and digging in to it a little before riding it tomorrow

I’ve found on my 125 the blue felt a bit smoother. But technical wise, like above, blue is rich.

The blue needle should be 2 steps richer on the starting diameter than the red needle. Both the red and blue needles have the exact same taper profile.

Does anyone now if there is a difference in the needles for different bikes.
I bought the jd jetting kit for my te300/ 2017, have now also tc250/2018.
Would like to try the needle in the tc, i assume the needles are all the same?
