i am trying to grease my linkage, is there any way to get the seals out? or am i kinda screwed.

Why would you be screwed? Just gently pry and they pop out. You would be screwed if you waited a year or 3 and had rust.

The Kim"s have a metal band around the seals, have to be careful when removing or they can get deformed. When I greased mine a few of the needles came out & got lodged between the bearing cage & seal, had to remove seal to get them, damaged seal, had to order new seal...the little needles can be a pita if they come out during greasing.

I don't remember any issues like that with mine,(17) pretty quick job. Definitely have to mind what you are doing however.

You don’t need to take any seals out if you just want to clean and grease. Pretty easy job. Lube the bearings in the knockle of the linkage as well.
