I added a full FMF, Tokyo mods reflash and now the bike is stupid hard to start. It will drain two battery’s before it fires. Runs good once it’s running and starts fine after it’s warm. When cold it smells like it’s just dumping fuel and flooded. Any thoughts. I plan on checking electrical connections, plug, timing. Valves are in spec and top end was just done by a good shop.

I had the same problem. Ended up being my ECU, the one I had reflashed. I put the stock one in from my other bike and it ran perfect.

push button open full throttle for 2 sec and let it off all time pushing starter button. This is how I start when temperature is more then +25C (77F). Starts immediately. At cold have no problem

Shimmed up the intake valves, possibly slightly better but developed some new problems. Got a blinking 3 blink fault light after I got it running. After I shut it down and restarted you can’t select a map any more. Is the TPS voltage procedure the same as previous years. 5 volts in and .5 ish at closed?
