Has anyone ran this set up and also put hand guards on? If so, where the heck did you put all on the different bar controls (map switch, kill switch, starter switch)? Right now I have them moved to the thicker part of the bar where it is 1 1/8" but the screws will not hold in place because the switches aren't meant for an area that big, so tenatively I have them held on with two zip ties.

Basically is there any better hand guards out there that make it easy with all this stuff on the bars? Thanks!

I had to switch to the Fatbar due to lack of room for all of the controls. It is what it is. I have grown to like the fatbars over time. The flex a little more and aren't so rigid. Tough to get used to no crossbrace. I had to change and I don't even have hand guards.....just the normal mx setup.

I ran handguards the whole season on a SXF450 without any problems? Either get the powerparts handguards (the ones you get with bike, atleast you do in EU). That eliminates any problems with lack of space, also the Zeta Stingrays worked for me however the space was limited with them on, not impossible tho. I ran Renthals 999, 996 and 997's without any real problems.

Same problem with my yz. Fitting the launch contro, kill switch and clutch was a tight squeeze. I usually like to run my clutch a bit further in too.
