2017 KTM 450 SXF Starting

My bike started booging at low speed. Changed the inline filter that helped. Now it will not start or run without the chock on. I removed the in line filter. Still will not run. 42 hours on bike.

Check the connections on the tps sensor. Just had same exact symptoms, switched out everything ended up be that.
