Hello - Got a new 2017 Husqvarna TC 50 and got to finally run it this past weekend. Once it is good and warmed up you can bring it up to a low rpm and let off and crack it and the bike bogs bad. Sounds like it is about to die. About every fifth time I would rev it good it would do the same thing. Coming off of a low constant rpm it would bog hard.
I adjusted the air screw and idle a bit but it didn't do much. I decided to lower the needle one clip (it was on the second to the top) but that didn't change anything. Any suggestions?

Let me explain: the jets in the minis are so small that they get gunked up pretty fast if you leave gas in the carb. With today's gasoline, that often means "more than a week," unfortunately.
I think your bike will idle because it's getting enough fuel at low RPM. However, when you open up the throttle, you get a rush of air with no fuel in it and... BOG!
Try cleaning out the main jet (located at the lowest point in the float bowl, usually in the middle.) Don't forget to drain the fuel and start over with fresh. I bet that will fix your problem.
It's entirely possible that the clutch is engaging too early thus dragging the engine rpm down,
Adjust the clutch to see if impoves ?
Hope this helps ?

I run 99+ in it and it is sweet!
FYI i had the same problem.
One note though, when I took the bowl off and was cleaning the carb the rod holding the float fell out along with the float needle. I was standing in the yard at night when it happened. Luckily I found them in the grass with my flashlight lol.
