I am having a problem with blowing fork seals. I had Trinitrate coating to my lower fork tubes, and haven’t had any issues until a few weeks ago. I replaced my leaking fork seals and it lasted two rides. I’ve also noticed some scratches / roughness to the tube that I think is causing the seals the leak? I don’t believe they were there when I first got it done. Do they look like they maybe be caused from stress on the tube?

When you replace the seals , are you also replacing the bushings?
If not , that could be the issue at hand.
That for tube looks bad to me.

Yes I agree and the scratches look bad. Yes scratches/nicks in a fork will cause leaky seals...

unless you are sanding down with a 1200 grit sandpaper pad then you will most likely get blown fork seals shortly after replacing them. one little knick on the inside of the tube right next to the tire is most likely a spot where it has happened.
it doesn't take much sanding just going over it basically until you can't hear it catching your pad. its crazy how such a little knick will cut a fork seal

When you reassembled the front end, did you use the correct tightening procedures?
