2017/2016 crf450r owners help needed

Random thing to ask for, all i can do is assure you i'm a genuine person, and need it for a genuine reason...

I need the chassis/frame number off a 16/17 crf450r, or probably even off any bike that uses the part numbered 45468-krn-a90 preferably a UK bike.

Long story short, i ordered one from my local dealer, it turned up but looked like the rear guide but in the bag numbered for the front,
Dealer acknowledged and got on to honda who are saying they won't do anything without a vin number, so i wait a week, order it again and the same happens.... My local honda dealer are cool, but do road bikes only so can't get me a chassis number,
and Honda uk are being stubborn and won't acknowledge it's the wrong part for the part number on the bag, and won't move forward without the chassis number.... So i'm stuck, i have an 03 cr125 and an 07 cr250 running 17 crf450r clamps so can't give it to them.

Obviously i can get a refund and order elsewhere, but i assume every honda dealer in the uk has the same as it's obviously a whole batch that has been incorrectly packaged at the factory ... If anyone could pm me there chassis number for a 17 450r, preferably sold in the uk, it would be a massive favour, i paid for the part mid December so it's dragging on a bit...
