I have a 16 kx450f and the other day after i was done riding i saw that the hose to the head was suctioned shut. I checked the radiator and it was full but all the lines have air in them. Looked online and it said to take the cap off and start it to let it bleed the air out but nothing happend.

Check that your overflow tube isn't plugged or kinked. If not, it sounds like a bad radiator cap.

When the coolant gets hot and expands it vents excess fluid from the overflow. As it cools off and the volume shrinks the pressure in the system drops. The cap is supposed to suck air back from the overflow tube so the system isn't in a vacuum.
