2016 Kx 250F Fork and shock oil ?

Hey alll.. im changing oil and bushings on the forks and oil on shock on my kids bike .I lost my manuel..Does any one have a good setting on this settup as far as oil levels and weight of oil to use on both ends ..Also if ya have a good clicker setting let me know. Hes a 200 pounder..Thanks

Racetech has all of this info.on their website when you look up spring rates.

Super helpful. You’ve got a knack for having to chime in on everything. Race Tech’s spring calculator isn’t the Bible and has been incorrect on more than one occasion.

Use some standard light weight shock oil, KYB K2C or the like is what I use, in showa and KYB shocks. Those forks are a prime candidate for any standard 5Wt oil, manual will call for SS-19 but any 5 weight will do in your case. 375 mL left , 205mL right if I recall correctly. Just bleed damp rod cartridge appropriately and bleed out the extra prior to instertinf back into outer tube.
