Anybody know the best setting for the TPS on the Husky?KTM 350 sx or xc-f models. Set from factory at .59 but stalls easily, adjusted to .79 and is better but still not great. Old 350 engine set at .611 volts worked well.
thanks

There is no "standard" for best setting... Every bike is different.. .79v seems awful high though...
That's a big jump. Some of the DS bikes are set at .58 and guys are setting at .64. Any more than that and you need to start working on the timing. My FC450 was set at .50, now at .56 but got a little harder to start so I'm going back to .54 TPStool guy recommends moving up .02 at time and test each setting.
The older I get, the faster I was.

Because TPS setting will be better tool to modify.
I wouldn't go up more than 0.08-0.10v. This was case with 450f anyway.
If your are setting the TPS that high it indicates a fuel flow issue and a lean condition. Test the fuel injector and check the fuel filters and the fuel pump.
