2015 RM-Z 250 Electrical Issue

Bike freshly assembled.
Theres no power to the ignition or injector.
There is power to the fuel pump.

Any ideas why this could be?

Double check all your electrical connection for dirt, rust or bad connections.

Thanks for the response.
We went through all the connections. We found no corrosion or broken pins. The ground was also good.
Is there a chance the ecu went bad? It was all fine before it was taken apart.

I would check the stator before considering the ecu as bad.

Did you powdercoat the frame? I've seen some grounding issues with powdercoat. I know most don't coat aluminum frames, but I have seen people do it.

I did resistance checks on it and it came back good. but from what I understand the only real way to check would be to find a known working stator and switch it out?

Did you say fresh assembly? There are a couple two and three pin connectors that are able to get connected wrong.
Black plastic to black. Grey to grey. White to white. Look for a grey to black by accident. It happens.
