I bought a used ktm from a local guy but I’m having an issue with the clutch, went to local ktm dealer with some used clutch plates I got with the bike to get there advise on them, tech said didn’t appear to be to worn so I installed them but seems a little better but little to no low end quick response still. Had a buddy kids ride it got same results even gave it more clicks to adjust pressure and rev’s about the same nothing at the take off but then seems to have decent top end response just doesn’t seem right, what would anyone recommend from here, new clutch plates and springs or should I buy a completely new clutch? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You wont ever have good response at low RPM, the engine just doesn't make low end power, you want you clutch locking up at 9200rpm, whats it set to now

Since it’s a new rider I’ve turned the clutch all the way in then went 4 clicks out and now up to 8 clicks out doesn’t seem any better still?

All the way in is higher RPM engagement, as you wind it out it will feel worse
