Just bought bike. Noticed when changing oil for first time that one of the round ball bearings form the powervalve governor was stuck up in between the guide and the collar? I snapped the ball bearing back down into place and all seemed good. Son rode it today for 10 minutes and I just checked and one of the balls is stuck again. What is going on here? Any ideas? Thanks

Check the manual it states what the overall height should be. Press it back to that height tack weld and clean off excess. Bad things happen when those ball bearings cross over to the transmission side!

Get a manual a pair of calipers and measure the overall height where the two ends are. They insert into the bearing in case and the bearing in right side cover. The problem usually occurs from the kid revving it pretty high in the air and then the sudden drop in rpm's when landing. Get an OEM repair manual it'll make life much easier.
