Piston Failure at 10 hrs. Dang it. Hit the valves, bent the crank, ruined cylinder. So far looks like:
Gaskets
Piston (rings, wrist pin, circlips, etc)
Valves
Crank
Cylinder
Probably around $2K in parts.
What should I do? Fix it? Can you buy whole engines? Part it? Chassis just sitting here? what would you do?

Did this bike have 10 hours since new? Anyway, that sucks man, gutted for you.

My advice is to bite the bullet and repair the motor. Buy parts over time to help reduce the pain.
You are unlucky in the fact that most engine failures are not this bad and it is uncommon to see a piston break after 10 hours from rebuild.
