How long was the bike apart?
Same old fuel in the tank?
Did you are the mill shop install the valves?
Are you getting fuel flow?
Do you have spark?
Are you 100% sure of the valve clearances and the timing?
Was the cam chain replaced?

hello thanks for the reply. bike was apart roughly two months as well as how old the gas is. the dealership installed the valves, i received a completely assembled head. very sure on timing and clearance and it does have spark. i also replaces the cam chain. don’t know where to go from here.

Our 13 and 15 would be extremely hard to start when the fuel filter was plugged. If you havent changed it recently it might be a good place to start.

Have you tested the fuel injector? Fuel will dry in them and cause you to not get fuel.
Also, your bike is know to have kill switch issues. It can allow spark and not energize the fuel pump and thus no start.

Did you take the plug out of your pipe? That fixes 99% of my “wont start” problems.
