Have 2012 it starts decent cold but if you stall it warm it won’t re start.
Bike has complete new engine with less then 10hrs. Leak down is 18%, kicking compression is 78psi, cam timing is good per degree wheel as well as timing marks.
Bike has new wiring harness, new injector, new stator, new Ecu, new coolant temp sensor, new tip over sensor.
Start bike cold run full moto runs perfect, shit it off and it’s game over. It won’t push start, kick start. Let it sit and hour and it fires right up.
Start it cold shut it off, it start again and after it has run 3-5 min it’s really hard to start after 10 min it has to sit 10-15 min before it start again??
This bike has kicked my ass all over the place.
I’m at a total loss.
Also, suzuki SDS shows no fault codes, even after warm when bike won’t start.
I’m all ears to anyone who got a finger to point.
