2012.5 ktm 450sx-f FE cooling

Coolant starts dripping out of overflow before bike is even at running temperature. Probably within a Minuit or two. I never over rev. Never race hard and as an FYI. It has 200 hours on original gaskets, rings, piston. Only think been done to engine is valve clearance adjustments and checks. Regular oil changes and everything. Never had any engine or cooling problems at all until now. Bike is ridiculously reliable!

Replace the radiator cap. It must be worn out and weak or is a very low pressure cap. Look for at least a 1.6 cap.
The bike is not over heating but rather just loosing i's fluid due to the cap.
The OEM cap is a 1.8 and is only about $15.00.
