Assuming you mean triple clamp offset, it's 22mm from 2010-2015, 25mm in 2016-2017, then 22mm again in 2018

do you know if a clamp from a 2013 would fit on a 17?

Yes:

2010+ YZ450F
2012+ YZ250F
2015+ YZ250FX, WR250F
2016+ WR450F/FX

should all be interchangeable.
