2007 KX 65 tough clutch pull

I just bought my son a 2007 KX 65 and the clutch pull is nice, but it takes my son two hands to pull it in. Is there an easy way to remedy this??

Assuming that your son is big enough to ride the 65, it certainly shouldn't be that difficult for him to pull the clutch lever in. I'd recommend replacing the clutch cable, disassembling, cleaning and lubing the clutch perch, and then checking what springs are in that clutch. If a fast kid had it in the past it likely has heavy springs in it. If so, go back to OEM spec clutch springs.

The pull is harder than my 450F, 250T and my Ducati Diavel... lol

You said in the original post that the clutch pull is nice ?? Definitely go and order a replacement clutch cable then go from there.

Yeah, feels good for me but not for my 7 year old. haha. Thanks for advice!

My buddy has a KX for his son and a Works Connection Elite Perch and it literally feels like the cable is not hooked up the pull is so light.

You have to have something going wrong with yours.

Before you buy anything, pull your cable off both ends and see if it moves freely. If it does id be willing to bet your basket and or hub is notched.
