So I have a 05 yz125 project bike. While taken the forks apart a 
crumbled up nylon washer comes out no idea where it came from. Go and take the other fork apart and three nylon washers are stacked on each other on the bottom of the spring 7mm with all three stacked. Did some research and seems like people with these forks uset to run spacers to stop some free play ? Is this what these washer were used as ?
1. Where can I get these to replace ? Plumbing washers ?
2. What will I experience if I don’t use them and run them like oem had it set up. I have never rode this bike or any other 05

What you want are called "fork spring preload washers". They're available in different lengths for tuning purposes.
