Went riding Sunday and after 10-15 minutes my bike would bog down and eventually die. After 5 minutes it would fire back and run perfectly normal. The last time I rode this bike was the end of October, it did the same thing. So I took the bowl off and replaced jet and cleaned the bowl, dumped the gas. The problem is intermittent. Does this sound like the stator?

Yes a stator coil acts like that when failing. One is low speed and effects starting more,,,the other is high speed and will miss at high revs when it's hot and failing. I've had 125s start to sputter near end of moto and if I didn't back off would foul spark plug,,when high speed coil is failing. To finish race I short shifted and kept revs low.

Also check gas cap, could be plugged and not venting.

Also check the fuel vent tubes from the carb as critters live to nest in them.
Also check the OHMs readings on the ignition coil, both primary and secondary sides.
