Lots of years should fit. Could probably pick up a clean set of forks for $250.

I have a set of forks off a 2005 cr 125 for $200. Also have clamps, rotors, front caliper, wheel, etc

I have 2007 CRF 450 forks and shock one of my ‘04 CR250R’s and ‘06 CRF 450 forks on the other ‘04 CR250R. The 450 forks are about 10mm shorter, so running them flush with the clamps is like running the stock forks slid up 10mm. The axle lugs bring the front wheel a little closer too.
