Recently my bike has developed a problem where the clutch will not disengage unless i blip the throttle. I have adjusted the cable all of the way out, and have checked the basket for notching and neither of these seem to be the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

^ Yeah, I have seen plates literally stick together before from certain oils, especially if the bike had sat for a while.

Also, check the inner hub for notching. Sometimes they get worse than the outer basket.

Also check the actuator on the left side and the push rod. Make sure nothing is notched or hanging up in there.

opps, I was going to say check the basket, then I read the whole post. Did you pull apart all the fibers and steel plates, make sure none are broken or stuck?

I change my oil regularly with 10w 30,but I will check all of the other possible symptoms you have listed. Thank you!
