Gentlemen,
The bike shop that I usually get mc1 at stopped carrying it so I had to get some castor927 high performance 2 cycle oil. It's a 16oz bottle. My question is how much gas should I add to the 16oz bottle? I usually put one 16oz bottle of mc1 to 4.8 gallons and it worked fine. I am aiming at using the fuel for a 96 yz 250, 03 rm65 and an 86 yz80. Any suggestions that can work with all three? Now these ain't fire breathers, just weekend warriors that want to protect the engine but not foul plugs or smoke me and the kids out. Thanks to all.

Ok, so if one bottle is 16 oz and the other is also 16 oz and you want to jeep the same fuel mix ratio, it would be the same as with your MC1. If on the other hand you want to use a different ratio that info would be needed.
( Right now you are running about 43:1)
Also be sure to dump all your old fuel mix as it will not mix well with the new stuff.

Ok just double checked. Maybe it was a 12oz bottle of belray mc1. I apologize. Anyway I've been running that stuff since 96 with no issues. Hate changing but just want to prevent wreckingv3 engines. Thanks for the quick response.

MC1 does come in 12oz bottles. Assuming that is what you were using....

12oz oil and 4.8 gal gas = 51.2 to 1 ratio.

to keep the same ratio...... 16oz oil and 6.4gal gas = 51.2 to 1 ratio.

Or you could just use 12oz out of the bottle and have 4 oz left over.....

You can also buy a ratio rite from Amazon, auto parts or hardware store. Then you can mix as much or as little as you want.

Love the way that stuff smells, just be careful if you're riding in temperatures below 35 degrees it will separate from the fuel, you need to Shake It Up.
Bottle says with race fuel but I had it happen with pump gas also.
