I’m looking for a nice skid plate for my 19 husky 450. I’d love to get my hands on a Akropovic one like the team uses but that’s very difficult. Is there anything out there similar other than the P3 one? I also saw P3 makes a factory version for about double the price but has zero details about it. This is for mx as well so I do not need the super big enduro one at all. Thanks!

I use P3 and asked them for a thin version that flexes more. I also drill holes in the sides for more venting.

I have the p3 one as well. Zero complaints as far as fit, look, and performance. However, I have oil changes. Unless there is a truck I don’t know, the cock had to come off and isn a pain to remount. Just me.

+1 on the KTM hardparts carbon skid plate. Fitment is perfect and easy on/off. I've read good things about the P3 as well. I like how the KTM skid plate is rubber mounted and also has super thin rubber strips molded on the carbon where it contacts the chassis to reduce vibration. Overall a really good design.

I had the P3 for my 19 husky and it had fitment issues. I contacted them about it and they were willing to help but I didn't want to deal with shipping so I made it fit with some bolts and drilling.
I have the 19.5 rockstar edition now and it comes with the hard parts one and that fit and finish is much better, easy easy take offs and remounting.

That Pro Carbon one looks nice. Is there anywhere in the US that has them?

No, shipping is pretty quick. I have ordered from them before.

No dealers in NA, but like mxb2 said, shipping is fast. They also have 95% of their products in stock.

I have the pro-carbon skid plate great product. Only downfall is they send you a catalog, and there is a lot of other very nice Carbon items.
