Anyone know what this thing is? It’s not in the manual.

Its a filter screen. Remove it and check while you change the oil. I had no idea what it was either until my friend was changing the oil on his. I checked mine at about 20hrs and it wasnt plugged with any debris.

X2, in 16 they moved the oil screen from under the stator cover to under that little black cap.
