Anyone had a hard time with oversteer on the 17+ kx250f? Im running my sag at 103mm and preload 6 clicks on which is the only way to reduce braking bump harshness ive found with this machine. Im 165lbs btw, stock springs. I guess my forks are riding too far down in the stroke because the front wants to tuck very easily when turning. Havent read about this problem with this bike. Ive actually devoloped a bad habit of sitting far back on the seat in corners since ive bought this machine, something ive just now noticed by watching video of me riding. Any help appreciated. Thinking about dropping the forks in the clamps some.
For my 09 kx450, ive got the forks dropped in the clamps and the sag at 112mm. So it sits really low in the rear. But for whatever reason that setup works with the way i ride. Sounds goofy but it feels super precise and is super stable.
