As title states. Are there any areas of this motorcycle that should be adressed immideately? Or any parts i should be stocking up on, Bike will be used for MX.

My son bought the 18 factory edition 450 and it has been great so far. I think he has 24 hrs on it and everything is still stock including chain and sprockets. All I did was check the valves and check the tps, other than that it's been a great bike and mx is all its seen
im getting 19 factory edition and super excited about it just worried about parts that wear out
Buy a couple of the small inline fuel filters that go in the quick disconnect and change them periodically. Keep an eye on spokes and sprocket bolts although i personally havent had issues in 3 KTMs. Some have issues with the footpeg and rear brake pedal springs so maybe keep a few of those around.
Nothing any more than any bike. Idk if you've rode the 19 frames or not but it is much better than the 16-18 years
You will love this néw bike, even more so than your 350. I was super impressed myself, the way they turn is amazing my son like his 450 stock better than his 16 250f that was setup for him
My FE came with spare in line fuel filters, buy a Honda rear brake spring the ktm springs break often.
okay i will buy honda rear brake spring ", also been hearing some stuff about honda rear axle or ? and then what about the clutch? has anyone talked about its durability?

Twisted does some high level stuff. I’d be surprised if you weren’t happy, just my 2 cents. Have you heard the keefer podcast about the 450sxf?

i didnt send my stuff to twisted, i mean i guess i could try it but hes not on east coast so it would be tough
immediately replace the filter cage with a screenless Twin Air. The stock one has a sharp point that can eventually tear into the filter or punch a hole. You can file the point down. That's what I did before replacing with the Twin Air cage.

Easiest way is to get a Honda axle kit from Ride Engineering, or get the new Works Connection floating axle kit.
