17 fc350 with just under 50 hours. If the clutch isn’t in completely it will stall at times, also after startup and shift up into second on the gate it’ll lunge forward a little and stalk unless I rev the motor some. Vpu4.4,Tokyo mods ecu reflash, ti full yosh. I did a quick bleed of the clutch and it didn’t seem to make a difference. Any and all help is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Have you turned up the idle?

Maybe you need new clutch plates and fibers.

I changed out the push rod and it helped on my bike. I had more hours though, so maybe it was worn.

This may sound stupid but have you adjusted the clutch at the lever?

I went to my local ktm dealer and they re calibrated the tps sensor and cleared codes from battery dying, I had hoped that would donit but it didn’t seem to help

To my knowledge there isn’t much adjustment at the lever other then how far in or out the lever itself is. I’m running the asv memlon levers if that makes a difference I don’t know

I try to bleed it again to confirm no air in the line. Then new clutch steels and fibers. Then new push rod, then New clutch slave.

What plates/fibers do you suggest? I’ve always had good luck with Hinson personally. I’m contemplating a rekluse but hate to drop that kind of money if I don’t like it

Try running a thinner trans oil. If the oil is too thick it will lead to the clutch drag you are stating is the problem.
My Husky 450 was doing the same thing until I changed to a different oil.

I run all Hinson clutch components

I just started using Maxima 10-40 Premium, it's what Hinson recommended.
