Somebody please help me with this stalling issue I’ve been having for quite sometime. It’ll stall on the gate, first turn, whatever fucking turn it feels like from time to time and it’s so frustrating! It stalled 5 times today while racing. 63 hours. Rekluse radius cx, Tokyo mods ecu flash for vp u4.4
Gas, yosh pipe, side number plate drilled out, all else is stock. I took it to the dealer to have it looked at and they tweaked the tps voltage and that didn’t seem to help. Someone please help me!

Disconnect the tip-over sensor and see if it stops. Sure sounds like that one.

Thought the tip over sensor wouldn’t allow the bike to fire at all?

When did the symptoms start?

Explain more about how it will die.

Have you turned the idle up?

You say you changed the fuel filters & you'll try another one? Change all 3.... 2 of them are in the tank .
I had a 17 350 ktm do the same thing you mention , the large in line filter in the tank split at a seam . Watch for the fuel supply line to be kinked also.. There is a parts kit that has the tank screen & tank filter & some O-rings .. You will need crimp tool to replace the tank filters as the hoses are crimped on..

.Do you have a friend to swap out his tank? That would be the easiest fuel pump /filter test.

You mention U4.4 I have heard some injector /fuel system issues with that fuel something to consider.

I haven't seen a ktm tip sensor issue but an rmz will run 20 seconds then die & will restart & run 20 seconds repeat.

Install a fuel sock after you change the filters. It will be the last time you’ll have to do that again.

Also take a look at the vent hose on your gas cap. If it gets clogged there will be a vacuum in your tank and gas wont flow out into the injector.

My 450 did the same thing, stalled 5-8 times over the course of a moto. Ended up being the tip-over sensor.

Depends on how damaged or worn out the sensor is.

I would also check the slave for the Rekluse clutch. If it is not adjusted appropriately, it could cause it to stall.

The main reason I put the rekluse in was because of the stalling, it didn’t change it..
