So, long story short, I was about to pull the trigger on the KYB inserts, but my suspension guy offered me those for half the price. Thay are brand new from a '15 ktm that mounted the ohlins inserts and have been sitting in his shop ever since.

So I have a few questions...Was it a good fork? Has anyone tried it? Do they bolt right in? Is it good deal?

Thank you guys!

15s came with the shitball 4cs fork. Those might be hard to get a good feel out of.

I’d get the kyb inserts.. I have the CC on my 14 and I’ve had 6 revalves from 5 companies. I don’t think you will have that issue with the kyb

In Europe they had closed cartridge up to 15, NA started to receive 4cs starting with husky in 2013 . Then in 2014 ktm was split with 4cs for offroad and CC for moto. In NA 2015 all of ktm was 4cs

Closed cartridge system was updated in 2012. Cc are ok, but not amazing. I am sure your tuner could make them suit you.
Some ppl are experimenting with 1 AER air spring fork and 1 CC spring fork and are looking for the perfect fork that's infinitely adjustable. Some ppl are loving that combo.
