08 CRF450R pro circuit exhaust

Long shot here but has anyone ever had issues with pc exhaust fitting? - I had the T4 full system on my 2008 450 but the silencer is pretty bagged and mid pipe actually had a pin hole on it so I ordered the T4-S slip on (silencer and mid pipe) but the mid pipe on T4-S is about 1” shorter then on the full system. It will work if I put my stock header back on. Just seems weird as the T4-S system say it fits stock and PC head pipes...?

Just offering my experience - i have a diff bike & pipe.... i have a kx450 with a ti-6 full system. Both the stock header and rc-4 header fits the muffler.

Had 05, 06 & 08 CRF450r's. Didn't have any issues with the PC systems ran.

I thought the pic above had the PC pipe on it. That must of been a day ride at Hollister with the family so I ran the stocker. I must of deleted the ones with the PC on. I recall the fit was good & it gave a noticeable boost up top vs. the stocker.

I was in contact with pro circuit and the slip on was only designed to fit onto the stock header, it wasn’t compatible with the head pipe on the full system I have. - but they found some replacement parts they are able to send to get me back riding. - great costumer service

Good to hear. Been a big supporter of PC products since the mid 90's. Have also had engine / suspension work with great results & excellent customer service.
