Black oil out pipe and idle will b high and fall to a steady rpm. New piston ring cylinder crank bearings seals reeds intake boot and no air keak found. Stator and coil new. What am i missing??

Its a 2006 ktm50sx. Ive even tried relplacing carb and repacked silencer cleaned expansion chamber? Please help

What’s you’re premix ratio?... too much oil will also make the bike have lean conditions... less room for fuel particles
