I tried these in both woods and mx and I didn't notice not one bit of weight savings over a tube, install is way more involved than a normal tube, and they cost WAY more than a normal tube. The only good thing I could see about these over a tube, is like stated above, you can run on them flat and the bead won't seperate from the rim. Which will get you back to the truck without messing up your rim, but that's about it. Not much use on an mx track.
