I have a 2002 cr 125, the last time my son rode it he said the brakes are almost non existent. The pedal feels like it builds no pressure. I have rebuilt the piston in the master cylinder, installed new brake line, also new washers on brake line. I bleed the s. system from the rear caliper using an ez bleeder thru the bleeder, fluid does travel from the rear caliper up to the rear master cylinder. But still it will not build any pressure. Totally frustrated at this point and feel I'm missing something simple. NEED HELP. thank guys

Did you do anything to the caliber? It may be sticking or leaking or allowing air back into the system. It is also possible that you may have installed the rebuild kit improperly or it is not sealing. Too much fluid in the system will also give you the same issues.

I took the caliper from the 02 125 and put it on my 08 450 and the caliper worked, ie piston moves out. I disconected the 125 caliper ,and brake line from the 450 at the rear brake cylinder and attached to the 125 rear brake cyclinder. Again the caliper worked. I deduced from this the problem with the 125 was the brake line so I replaced it. So as post above says put new line on and now nothing. But heres another twist I went to put everything back on my 450 and I now have nothing at that pedal and the piston on the caliper doesnt move. Clearly I've over looked something but cant figure this out and it is frustrating as hell.
Paw Paw not too much fluid just in the middle of sight glass. If I loosen brake line bolt and press pedal fluid does push out, I did that at both the caliper and brake cylynder.

It sounds like you still have air in the lines. Have you tried to reverse bleed it?

Yea I have an ez bleeder. I attached it to the bleeder nipple cracked it open and pushed fluid into brake cylinder it fills the brake cylinder and I'm not seeing any air bubbles coming thru. Will try pushing more thru after work tho. ,

If that does not cure it, then it's time to go back into the master cylinder and make sure all is correct there as the problem started after it was worked on.
