i have a 2009 kx 250f, and i was woods riding and barley tapped a tree with my brake lever hardly even felt it. but then the next corner i noticed my front brake didn't work. i took it to my garage and the brake will lock up but then you can just push it and it rolls right through. any ides on what would be wrong with. any help would be much appreciated.

tear that master cylinder apaprt and rebuild it.

if that doesnt work then move to the caliper, make sure rotor is straight etc.

Sounds like you ruptured the seal on the MC piston and it's letting fluid by.

Like DTHA said, start there. If the caliper seal was bad it would leak fluid externally.

It is common for the master cylinder seal to blow with the right kind of blow. I had a bike get knocked off the stand and blow a master cylinder seal
