Anyone have a method for keeping these things from chewing holes through fork tubes.

I had one on my 250 originally and it rubbed those tubes raw, not a big deal as the forks were already pretty chewed from catchin rocks off of 450s.

Threw the plate on my 125 and now im worried because those forks are clean.

fork sticker or i cut up a piece of old inner tube tube real thin, just for where the plate zip ties to the fork. Wrap it around the fork tube under the zip tie. it just looks like a black strip on your fork tube.

Sticker, electrical tape, replace often. Or glue some foam behind plastic.

You sir are a genius. Tube is a winner. I put stickers under the 250 but i left the plate on for so long that it wore through.

Fork sticker has done the job for me. Or just some thick, clear vinyl. I haven't had any damage to my forks from the Cycra plates.
