Just wondering what everyone is working on..

As for me I just picked up a 04 crf250 ticking time bomb. It was rebuilt over the summer the the guy never put coolant in it..safe to say it was over heated a few times.

All the magic happens here on my old work bench I saved from a high school.

Nice that looks identical to my old one car garage in FL, just moved to CT where the trail riding is so much more challenging and fun besides for the MX tracks! You live kinda near Croom right, is that place still open?
I just rebuilt a 04 YZ250F that had issues just about everywhere but the carb. You going to replace all the bearings in the bottom while it's split?

It's a 2 car garage with a back door... Kinda a 2 1/2 car lol.

Croom will always be open! I'm about 45 minutes south of there.

The engine is getting all new oem seals and bearings, oem piston, low low hour oem cylinder and crank, brand new oem head and valve parts, stage 1 cam. Every moving part in the carb was replaced and jetted to FMF specs for the exhaust I have for it. A lot of work in 2 weeks but it will be worth it in the end, the soon to be new owner will love it.

This just left the workbench, it's for my 2004 RM250 build did a full rebuild with some light port work.

The frame waiting for a couple parts so I can start building her up.
I have the hubs down at my buddies machine shop right now to get turned down then off to get powdered in red. Then the very unfun task of lacing and truing them to gold Excels.

I have an 05 125 that I am doing a full rebuild on. Mid rebuild I bought a RM250 so that has taken priority. So currently i have yamaha and suzuki parts all over my garage and a YZ125 motor sitting in a box under my work bench...

I really need to clean up my garage...

Brandon? I know some weird people from there. I used to play against Plant City and Zepherhills(sp) for the broncos, lol. Long time ago. I'll never remember the streets I lived on,too many. My grandma lived by Croom also. The neighborhood is down the road from a hotel and maybe a Perkins? Been too long not sure.

Oh and work bench is clean for the moment.Cheerful

I think that would be called the JS7 setting Wink

mb, I run my own business now after working for MDK and owning a Pro-Action franchise in the past.

No pics from me, but I have a friends 2010 YZ405F coming back from the dead. Complete motor rebuild, powder coated parts, all coming back together....slowly.
I also have a 2001 YZ250 on deck for a complete motor rebuild. This one will hopefully come together cheap. I'm going to sell it to a friends son that doesn't have a bunch of money. My friend passed away a long time ago and his two boys are the same age as my two. Just trying to help them out as best I can. I'm hoping and praying I can get this thing back together for under $1200.

Some custom footpegs, made with scrap from the shop where I work. Also my first time TIG welding, I think they came out OK
