Any tall guys ride the new kawi 450 with adjustable bar mount and peg positions? Being 6'4" is tough sometimes on a dirtbike but i still love to ride. All my life i felt at home on a bike but then i kept growing. Will i still need lowboy pegs and highbend bars on the 13 kawi?

Yeah, they're nice. My issue is discomfort in standing position

Ha ha, when i was younger and riding everyday i would get lazy and seat bounce everything but it's not a great idea on big hits. I'm just tired of spending big bucks to replace bars, clamps, pegs and seat. Curious about the new KX with adjustable riding positions

I'm 6'-6". Do yourself a favor and get a set of Renthal RC High handlebars.

x2, for years I rocked the MC/Henry bend. I finally got RC high and wish I hadn't waited so long, and I'm a little guy, 6'2".

I run the Pro Taper Pastrana FMX bars..height is 121mm. These, I believe, are the tallest bars I could find...I am 6-4" and these are perfect.

The Pastrana FMX are 2mm taller than the RC Highs, but they are cut very narrow for freestyle tricks so they aren't the best choice for a tall mx'er.

Width is 800, same as all the other bends..

Thanks guys, Looks like i might go with the RC highs. So pumped to get my 2013 KX 450. After comparing the new bikes and reading all the rider reviews it looks like the KXF is the best fit for tall riders. Feel like a kid again, it's been almost four years since i sold my CRF.

Im around 6'4 to 6'5 and I always feel like a giant wind sail when i stand up on the bike. sometimes I wish I was a little bit shorter but I also play basketball so its nice being one of the few white guys around my area who can actually dunk.Woohoo
